ItaliAssistenza S.p.A. (below the
"Company " or the
"Owner "), informs you that the
personal data you made available to us through your
curriculum will be collected and processed by the
Company for purposes related to recruitment, selection
and staff evaluation.
The Company reserves the right to collect directly
from you - during the interview - additional
information about your training, experiences, previous
remuneration and expectations and to further integrate
these with an aptitudinal assessment.
The provision of personal data is optional, however,
in the event of consent denial, your application could
not be taken into account. The legal basis for
processing your personal data is the implementation of
necessary pre-contractual measures for evaluation that
could lead to the possible establishement of the
employment relationship.
Your personal data is collected and will be processed
by ItaliAssistenza S.p.A., having its legal address in
Reggio Emilia (RE), Viale Monte San Michele, 9 –as
Treatment Owner. In addition to the Owner, your data
could be processed also by other suppliers, appointed
Responsible for Treatment.
Your personal data will not be disclosed or
communicated to third parties, except in the cases
required by law.

We also inform you that if, as a result of the job
interview, you are not hired 24 months from today's
date, the curriculum and all the documents provided
will be destroyed. If you are still interested in
providing us with your data, you should send us an
updated curriculum after that date.
According to artt.15 and following of UE Regulation
679/2016, you have the right to know, at any time,
what data we have and how it is used. You also have
the right to update, integrate, rectify or delete
them, to block or restrict their treatment, even in
relation to just one of the purposes or modes listed
above, by writing to the following email address

If you notice that your rights have been violated, you
may contact the relevant Data Protection Authority,
according to art.77 of the EU Regulation 679/2016,
with the possibility of reaching directly to the
Judical authority.
