This policy describes the modalities of processing of the personal data of the users when browsing this website.
This Policy is provided pursuant to art. 13 of the European Regulation No. 679/2016, to all the users of Careapt’s web services, which can be accessed through the address: www.careaptitude.com(hereinafter the “Site”).
This Policy only applies to this Site, while it does not apply to other websites which can be accessed by the user through various links on the Site.
This Policy is also inspired by the Recommendation No. 2/2001 adopted on May 17 th 2001 by the European body on data protection set up under Art. 29 of the Directive 95/46/EC, on certain minimum requirements for collecting personal data online and more specifically, on the modalities, timings and nature of the information that the Data Controller is obliged to provide to the users when they access a webpage, regardless of the purpose of the access itself.
In order to access the Site, it is not necessary for the user to provide any personal data; nevertheless, consulting the Site may involve processing of data relating to identified or identifiable persons.

For the purposes described below, Careapt may avail itself with services of external service providers, which have been duly appointed as Data Processors.
All processing activities relating to the web services offered by this Site, are carried out by the Controller and are managed by the Company’s collaborators or persons in charge of the processing or by other subjects occasionally entrusted with maintenance services.
The personal data collected through the Site will not be otherwise disclosed.
Within the context of the normal functioning of the Site, the informatic systems and software procedures will collect some personal data, whose transmission is necessary for the correct functioning of internet communication protocols.
Such information is not collected to be associated with a data subject, nevertheless they can allow the indirect identification of the users, through the association with other personal data owned by third parties, in case there is an express request by judicial authorities.
This categories of personal data include IP addresses or domain names of the device used to access the Site, the Uniform Resource Identifier, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the dimension of the file, the numeric code of the status of the response of the server (success, error etc.) and other parameters related to the operative system and the users’ IT environment.
In any case, such data will be deleted immediately after their elaboration, and will be processed by the Company only for the purpose of obtaining anonymous statistics on the use of the Site and to verify its proper functioning.
Moreover, the personal data collected can be used in order to establish responsibilities in cases of cyber crimes committed toward the Site: other than this case, personal data will be stored for no longer than 7 days.
The site contains a “Work with us” page, where users, if they wish to do so, can apply for a position in Careapt. Providing personal data for such purpose is not mandatory and subjected to the users’ choice. The personal data collected through this section will be processed by Careapt for the sole purpose of recruit, select and evaluate the candidate. Even though cookies are saved on the user’s device, they cannot be used to access the information stored on such device. Cookies cannot upload any kind of codes, carry computer viruses or malware and are not harmful for the user’s device.

Personal data will be process through automated or paper means, only for the time necessary to the purpose for which data has been collected.

Careapt is not responsible for any unauthorized access to personal data nor for the loss of the same, when they are beyond its control.
At any given time, users may exercise their rights as provided by articles 15 et seq. of the European Regulation No. 679/2016, including the right to obtain from the Company confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him or her are being processed, the right to know the content or the origin of the data, to verify their accuracy, to request their integration or update; users also have the right to request the erasure or the anonymization of the data, the restriction of the processing and to object to the processing at any time.
